Well, the holiday season is now upon us and it is time to get shopping! Our holiday merchandise is now up and for sale we have gift baskets in many price ranges, coffee bundles, single pot packages, hot chocolate and some of the cutest mugs ever! Also, gift certificates are NEVER a bad idea.

Toy Drive!
 
In an attempt to meet our goal for this years toy drive I have decided to give you, my regulars, an incentive to give to the children. Now through December 22 bring in a new, unwrapped, toy to donate to the XL 106.7 Baby DJ Fund and spend over $25 and I will give you a gift. I have many gifts for you to choose from: espresso cups, tea, supplements, mugs, coffee... This offer is good while supplies last. Together lets make this a successful toy drive!

- We will be closed on Thursday 11/23/06 for Thanksgiving. (I'm sorry) Both mine and my boyfriend's families will be here for dinner and we are hosting! O.o Wish me luck! Also, if you have any Turkey tips you would like to share PLEASE do.

- We now have a couch!!!!!!! It's black and oh so soft! Come check it out.

- Starting this Sunday we will be an official drop spot for the XL 106.7 Baby DJ Toy Drive. I would like to thank Juanita and the Avalon Running Club for getting us involved! www.avalonrunning.com

- Holiday products have arrived! We are currently working on inventory all of our new coffees, gift baskets and gift ideas. Look for the displays to start going up after this weekends Box Decorating Party.

- Egg Nog is here!(No, not the alcoholic kind) Try our new Egg Nog Latte with a dash of cinnamon on top. MMMmmmmmm...

 9/21/06 Haha! I hadn’t realized how long it has been since I have updated the updates. Well, there is also new info in the hours, employment and events sections.

 

- 4/27/06 We are open! After much hard work and training we opened our doors on Monday April 10th to a very excited Avalon Park!

 

- 2/27/06 We are pleased to announce the hiring of an assistant manager for our store. Last Friday, Colleen Brown joined our team as assistant manager. We are excited about her experience and positive attitude and what they will bring to the store. Next, we will begin setting up interviews for the MOD and cashier positions. These interviews will be held March 13 - March 19.

 

- 2/15/06 Interviews have begun! This week and next we will be interviewing to fill the assistant manager position. Then, we will start interviews for all other positions. Click on the "Employment" tab above to view all open positions and apply online.

 

 - 2/07/06 - Good news! We pulled our building permit today! Finally, we can get the first round of inspections out of the way. 3D Construction, our general contractor, has promised us the space within 7 weeks. We will be posting updates here as construction progresses.
